The Single Occupational Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) is mandatory for any company employing at least one employee, pursuant to Article R4121-1 of the Labor Code. It must identify all risks to which employees are exposed, be updated at least once a year and whenever significant changes are made, and be retained for 40 years. Failure to have a DUERP or to keep it up to date exposes the employer to criminal penalties and a presumption of inexcusable negligence in the event of an accident.
Quarks Safety guides the creation of the DUERP in three steps: defining work units (departments, positions, workshops), identifying and assessing risks for each unit using the integrated matrix, and then automatically generating a prioritized action plan. Each version is automatically archived with a timestamp. Most of our clients complete their first full DUERP in less than one workday.
Since the law of August 2, 2021, psychosocial risks must be included in the DUERP. Quarks Safety incorporates psychosocial risk assessment checklists based on INRS guidelines and allows you to link your prevention plans directly to them within the single document. The results of the questionnaires are analyzed automatically, and high-risk situations are reported to the relevant managers.
Yes. The incident module allows you to report, analyze, and track all workplace accidents, commuting accidents, occupational illnesses, and near-misses. A cause tree analysis is built in, regulatory statistics (incidence rate, severity rate) are calculated automatically, and exporting data to CARSAT or the labor inspectorate takes just one click.
