Attach specific documentation

Prerequisites
– have extended rights
(see Switch to extended rights)

This tool lets you share documents that can be accessed via the Help menu in the User Menu.

Applications Menu > Tools> Documentation > Create

1. Fill in the fields.

2. Displayed in Help: Select Yes to make the file accessible from the Help menu.

3. Administrators: Select Yes to restrict access to the file to users with extended rights on the platform.

4. Click Browse to select a file.

5. Save.
