Prerequisites – have extended rights (see Switch to extended rights)

Access the List of downloaded files: – Applications menu > Tools > Files The list includes all downloaded files:

• SDS
• Usage sheet
• Quote
• Non-substitution file for CMR, etc.

The search result lines allow you to view the file, download it, or delete it. All files displayed by the search result can be exported in a Zip archive via the Download button at the bottom of the result list.
