The product’s hazard analysis generates a score displayed on a colored background in the Hazard column of the Product List.
It is possible to filter on hazard levels when they are set.
Display hazard levels
– Applications Menu > Chemicals > Configuration > Hazard levels
Danger levels are tested by the system from least to most dangerous.
The hazard levels must be set in this order.
Order numbers are given by default by the system.
Set hazard levels
– Applications Menu > Chemicals > Configuration > Hazard levels > Create
The criterion can be set either by hazard score or by hazard statement.
By Hazard Score:
Enter the hazard value on which the platform tests the various thresholds that cause the color to change in the hazard analysis.
By Hazard statement:
Section Conditions > Critical comments:
Select the hazard statements corresponding to the level of danger.
For example, for products hazardous to property or the environment, select all hazard statements beginning with H200 and H400.
The color change values of the hazard scores are:
Click on Update to assign the defined hazard levels to the product sheets and enable the filter to function.
