Creation and Configuration of Groups
To create a new group:
– Applications Menu > Administration > Groups > Create
- Name: Name the group.
- Short Name: Optional field.
- Description: Enter a description if necessary.
- Budget Line:
To be filled in when the option Budget Line in the group’s form is activated.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): To be filled in when the Risk Assessment module is deployed.
Select the usual PPE used by the group from the dropdown list. Completing this field allows you to automatically retrieve the PPE during any risk assessment for the group or when filling in the individual exposure form (can be activated as an option).
